Due to the focus on OOB functions, not everything can be implemented in terms of branding, design and functionality. This is a good first step for companies that do not yet have an M365 intranet or where internal communication needs to be realized in a particularly cost-effective way. Of course, premium intranets achieve a higher employee experience – but you don’t need a Rolls-Royce just to drive a car.
