We clarify what needs to be trained, who should take part and where any hurdles lie. Existing prior knowledge is also taken into account.

Timetable and offer

On the basis of the discussion, we develop a training concept with format, duration, participation requirements and a concrete cost framework.

Planning and organization

We set dates and group sizes. For remote formats, we check together whether the technical requirements are met - such as access to the tools and stable working environments.

Realization

Trainings usually take place remotely, but can also be hybrid or on-site on request. We coordinate the scope and timing with you.
