Procedure for training courses: how the collaboration works
Regardless of whether you already have previous knowledge or need to lay the foundations first – the process is clearly structured and geared towards your needs. Our answer is not a standard event, but rather support that enables development.
We clarify what needs to be trained, who should take part and where any hurdles lie. Existing prior knowledge is also taken into account.
On the basis of the discussion, we develop a training concept with format, duration, participation requirements and a concrete cost framework.
We set dates and group sizes. For remote formats, we check together whether the technical requirements are met - such as access to the tools and stable working environments.
Trainings usually take place remotely, but can also be hybrid or on-site on request. We coordinate the scope and timing with you.
Your feedback is incorporated. The content and process can be adapted if necessary.
Participants receive a certificate of attendance. We also offer training in English on request.
