Digital process for e-mail traffic with maximum efficiency
- Send structured e-mails to applicants directly from the system. These contain detailed information on what still needs to be submitted, is still open or needs to be renewed.
- The documents are added directly by replying to the email. These documents are automatically indexed by AI - implemented with the AI Builder - and submitted for review.
- Further analyses and classifications of the documents, also with AI support.
- At the end of the check, documents are checked in and their status, as well as tracking, are updated.
- More functions: Send queries, manage open to-do's or automatically generate reminders
Central database and tracking for applications
- The created database and tracking can be queried at any time as a central repository.
- The applications can be filtered by customer, system, type, etc. This is also implemented in the PowerApp for better user experience.
- An audit-proof record of the basis and the application is created upon issue.
