KG. The core competencies of the internationally active company with headquarters in Heroldsberg near Nuremberg are in the areas of writing, painting & drawing and highlighter marking. The project
“We need a new intranet!” STABILO International had already made this decision. But what is the best way to replace the outdated current intranet platform? What does STABILO or its employees really need? Together with IPI, the company was able to clarify this question in the needs analysis. For this purpose, existing systems were recorded in the inventory and the working methods in the company were determined. Then, after a target group and stakeholder analysis, interviews were conducted. From this, it was possible to determine concrete measures, which topics should best be addressed and in which order. In order to record and communicate the results of the needs analysis and to achieve truly appropriate results for the employees, the use of personas also proved successful in this project.
New Digital Workplace for Schwan Cosmetics International
Together with the sister company, Schwan Cosmetics, we replaced the old intranet with an appealing, contemporary and individual portal based on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
