Schwan Cosmetics is a wholly owned subsidiary of the internationally active family business Schwan-STABILO. The company is the world market leader in the production of cosmetic pencils and has approximately 3,000 employees, who are distributed at various locations around the world. There are nine production sites around the globe alone.
The project
Since the existing intranet was outdated, the company decided to implement a new system based on Office 365. However, it wasn’t just the technical implementation that was a sticking point in this project – the tight timing was also a major challenge for the project team.
