Standard Support
Our standard support agreements offers you an uncomplicated and cost-effective possibility to receive support from IPI. The monthly flat-rate includes support hours, dedicated access to our hotline as well as pro-active tracking for a low rate.
Individual Support
If subjects such as SLA, second or third level support are important then we offer individually tailored support contracts. This support can also be realized in co-operation with an outsourcing partner. We provide the appropriate models in the area of application support.
